SoftballOne is committed to helping the entire softball community. Cara Johnson-Hirsch is able to provide insightful consulting to high school, recreational, and summer coaches of all levels. We keep our students engaged and constantly learning with new and innovative ideas. In addition, Cara can help coaches utilize their resources and develop feeder system strategies. Cara can help coaches better understand today’s athlete and the dynamics of team building. In addition to practice planning and organization, Cara has consulted with teams concerning team statistics and data interpretation, incorporating new media/video analysis into games and practice, goal setting for teams and individual players, and college recruiting.
